In regards to push notifications, if your child is tagged specifically, then the linked family gets notified by a push notification on their app unless they have seen the post already (app or web).
You will need to ensure your push notifications are switched on on your device and that no other family member is using your username login.
We batch up some posts if they are group or centre related so that we do not spam parents.
If a parent does not respond to the push notification, then an email gets sent out at 4pm notifying them of updates.

Here are some checks:

  1. Only you are using your username
  2. You are using the latest version of the Kinderloop Plus app?
  3. Have you received notifications in the past, ie, they are switched on on your device?
  4. We can send a test notification, simply email support@kinderloop.com
